Plot Loan

This loan product is meant to assist members in the acquisition of land or plot parcels either availed by the Sacco itself or sourced by the member.

To qualify for this loan, a registered member must have saved a minimum of Kshs 90,000 within a period of six(6) months prior to applying for the loan.

This is equivalent to Kshs 15,000 monthly or Kshs 500 daily.
The Plot Loan also attracts a 0.5 % Appraisal Fee with a minimum value set at Kshs 500.
The Maximum Multiplying factor for the Advance Loan is two (2) times (X2).

• Int is charged at 1.083 % on Reducing Balance
