Development Loan

This loan product enables members to undertake development projects with long-term benefits e.g. Construction, Farming, Land & Business Ventures.
To qualify for this loan, a registered member must have saved a minimum of Kshs 90,000 within a period of six(6) months prior to applying for the loan.

This is equivalent to Kshs 15,000 monthly or Kshs 500 daily.
The Development Loan also attracts a 0.5 % Appraisal Fee with a minimum value set at Kshs 500.
The Maximum Multiplying factor for the Development Loan is two (2) times (X2).

The minimum number of guarantors allowed for this loan is three (3) members.

• Maximum limit for the loan is Kshs 5,000,000
• Interest is charged at 1 % on Reducing Balance
